Èze is a French commune which is located in the Alpes Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.

Its inhabitants are called the Ezasques.

Eze is one of the rarest French towns that bears a palindrome name with Callac, Laval, Noyon, Sarras, Savas, Senones, Serres as well as Sees.

However, the town extends over a fairly steep territory, which goes to the edge of the Mediterranean Sea where a hamlet forms an Eze sur mer.

Parsec-Astorama is a place open to the general public!

This one is located at Fort de la Révère at an altitude of 650m, in the town of La Trinité on the Grande Corniche, at the Col d'Èze between Nice and La Turbie

Parsec-Astorama allows astronomical observations in addition to having a good quality thanks to very powerful tools.

It houses a small museum devoted to astronomy and space!

Fort de la Revère, also known as Fort Anselme, is a military structure that was built between 1882 and 1885 just above a village in Eze in a forested area of the Grande Corniche of the Alpes Maritimes department in Eze.

The fort is also part of a set of semi-buried fortifications and built only from 1874!
